09-07-2017 Adam Cave Fine Art is hosting a very large retrospective exhibition of over forty prints of Ralph's work, inlcluding lithographs and engravings. "IN TIMES OF ANXIETY" on view from Sept 25 - Oct 28, 2017.

04-11-14 The Mabee Gerrer museum of Art in Shawnee is a new museum collecting American works on paper from Oklahoma artists. They purchased eleven of Ralph's prints and a watercolor for the Museum perm. collection.

04-11-14 Ralph has been in numerous exhibitions/shows/portfolio exchanges/invitationals in the past few years. We will be updating the website with the added information in the coming months.

02-01-13 The Cameron Art Museum has accepted two prints into their permanent collection.  Cameron Art Museum, Wilmington, North Carolina.  "Thinking of Goya",  and "Raising the Seed Corn".

02-01-13 Four prints (older ones not on website) have been taken into the Artists Printmaker Research Collection at the Museum of Texas Tech University. Lubbock Texas.

01-25-10 Ralph just found out that the small engraving "3am" has won the Pat and Roger Carlisle Sponsorship award in the 2010 Delta Small Print exhibition. The selections for the exhibition were made by David Kiehi, Curator of Prints at the Whitney Museum of American art.

03-22-09 Added new entry to Exhibition page - Los Angeles Printmaking Society 20th National Print Exhibition, Show at the Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery from October 30th - December 29th, 2009. 1725 entries, 191 works accepted. Show at the Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery. Work accepted - Strange Signs. Color lithograph.

03-06-2009 Added Collections page which lists various museums and collections holding works by Ralph L. Steeds.

03-06-2009 Added a new lithograph "Same Old Glory, Same Old Ghosts" created for Black Flag Portfolio being shown in May at the Manatee Community College Fine Art Gallery, Florida.

03-05-2009 Added new shows to Exhibition page, inluding The Souther Graphics Council Traveling Show, a milestone in the career of Ralph L. Steeds.

01-21-2009 Added new lithograph, "AT WHAT COST?". The print is to be included in a portfolio exchange, Terror Firma: a portfolio of prints addressing the issue of terror in our modern society and how the effects of terror impact the way we feel about each other as humans. It is dedicated to the memory of Benezir Bhutto. It is a portfolio using any hand pulled printmaking medium in an edition of 30 prints.

Ralph's print in the portfolio is "At what cost", two relief plates and two lithograph stones, all printed in color 11x14 in.

01-20-2009 The website is posted. Still many changes to be made. The gallery format will also be changed to thumbnails instead of a list of titles.
